About Us
Hello, we are Charlie & Rosie, a British couple keen to travel and explore the world.
After the world was turned upside down in 2022, we contemplated, 'Are we happy?’ and ‘Is this where we want our lives to go?!’ And with that, we decided to quit our jobs, sell our belongings and buy a one-way ticket to Southeast Asia. We spent nearly seven months travelling through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Cambodia, and once we started, there was no turning back.
On 29th November 2023, after six months of saving, we took a 38+ hour journey to start our next chapter in Australia. As of 7th March 2025, we have visited Cairns, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and everything in between.
Our plan is to spend the next couple of years travelling around Australia before moving on to New Zealand, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and beyond.

Hi. I'm Rosie...
I am the researcher, planner and organiser of the duo. I love to cram as much as possible into each day.
However, I’m not the easiest travel companion - I'm scared of most things, clumsy, get travel sickness and I'm a sweaty mess. But apart from that, I promise I’m great company.
Charlie
And I’m Charlie…
While I’m not the planner, I bring the adrenaline to our trips. Whether it’s swimming, surfing, or skydiving, I’m always up for an adventure. If it terrifies Rosie, chances are I’ll love it! Despite whatever Rosie has planned, I’m here for the ride.
